     3 ounces Bourbon
     3 ounces Milk
     1 teaspoon Superfine Sugar
     1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
     1/2 teaspoon Dark Rum
Shake and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with nutmeg.
