Non-alcoholic Eggnog

1 whole Egg
1 tablespoon Superfine Sugar
1 Pinch Salt
teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Milk

Beat the egg with the sugar and salt and pour into a highball glass. Add vanilla and milk and stir to mix. Garnish with nutmeg.
