Use a bar spoon to pour each layer into a pousse-cafe glass, the creme de cacao before the cream. One layer should float upon another.

Fabulous after dinner fun drink
By Very occasional drinker
The King Alphonse is truly delightful -- good for the occasional drinker, too -- like an after dinner desert. When you start to drink it, the cream appears to "boil" as it mixes with the liquer underneath. It's not a "strong" drink like brandy. Ladies will say it's "yummy" and "smooth." So will I ;-)
King Alphonse....
Cool site; just one minor typo:
"...like an after dinner desert" should be 2 s's: dessert.
Have a good day,
Ben
