skip the cream and just put in some mint-choc. chip ice cream. pretty color, and even sweeter! also good for making it cold.

FYI

Just a little heads up - - I've also heard this shot under names such as a Thin Mint, or a Girl Scout cookie... for the obvious reasons. I'm definitely lactose intolerant, but it's one of my favorites.
