a tequila boom boom is tequila in a tall, thin, shot glass. mixed with 7up and strawberry liquer.
the top is held closed with a beer matt or summut and then bnged on the table twice. it should then be downed imediatly.
TEQUILA SLAMMER
This is completely different to a tequila BOOM BOOM, which is tequila (with or with out lime juice) taken with salt and lime.
the salt is licked up first followed by the slammer finished with the fresh lime slice.

I recently visited cancun and I can say I have had many tequila slammers in a week. They are great etertainment to drunk peole and taste great. At the resourt I stayed at they would use the same recipe except they would add a touch of grenadine to make it a pink in color and more appealing.
