     2 ounces Blended Scotch Whisky
     1/4 teaspoon Triple Sec
     1/4 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
     1 dash Bitters
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the twist of a lemon peel and serve.
