Chocolate Covered Banana

1 ounces Coconut Rum
whole Banana
2 tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
cup Vanilla Ice Cream

Pour rum into blender. Slice and add banana, chocolate syrup and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a banana slice.

This drink kicks ass! It is one of the best tasting drinks I have ever tried. It was a favorite amoung my me and my friends while we were in Cancun. I would reccomend this drink to anyone who likes chocolate.

I had this on a cruise and could't stop drinking it. They put real whipped cream on top with a cherry.
