The restaurant I work at adds our "macho" super-hot salsa to this drink, in place of some of the tomato juice- gives it an extra kick for sure.

I make this drink and add the green tabasco instead of the regular red..for a nice smooth kick, customers like it and are able to consume more without their mouths being on FIRE!

This is a great drink. It doesn't require anything too random so it's quite simple to make and it has a bit of spice to it as well. Quite a winner in my book.
