b-52 shot
By Allison from Abington
Pour each kind of alcohol slowly into a tall glass. The layers should float on top of each other. Right before you drink it, light the top on fire. Blow it out and then take the shot immediately.

This shot is actually very good. However, at my bar, we use grand marnier instead of the amaretto. It's got more of a kick to it.

Use the same ingredents but add some 151 rum on top. Thats the turbo.
Adding the flame

Igniting the B-52 is best done with the 151 on top as mentioned in the B-52 Turbo recipe. The trick is to drink it through a straw while the shot is still ablaze. The end of the straw should be burning when you finish.
Favorite Drink ever....
Ok... so there is a B50, B51, and a B52... but the ingredients here are wrong for a B52... take out the Amaretto and add Grand Marnier on top... like the idea of adding 151 on top... that would make it easier to ignite!! And you just have to light it... i told a few of my friends that this was the best shot ever, and they tasted it, and they agree...
The B-52 was the 1st shot I took on my 21st birthday and it was a great way to start off the night! You should deffinitely use Grand Marrier instead of Amaretto and put the 152 on top. Our waiter lit mine and then smothered it for me to drink. It is warm and smooth with a kick. The irish cream at the bottom equals out the sharpness of the 151! Highly recommedned!
Light or not to light?
is it always lit even without the 151?
