I just had version of this at a snowmobile bar in upper Michigan... it is called a French Cow. They used their own home brewed rootbeer and vanilla schnapps with half and half in a rather large mug. I'd like to try this variation as well!

This drink tastes exactly like Root Beer it's unbelievable! It's not too "alcoholy" and tastes rather smooth. I feel as though it's a great shot for beginners. One of my favorites!
