Chris Doucet Shot


     1/2 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
     1/2 ounce Cinnamon Schnapps (Goldschlager)
     1/2 ounce 151 Proof Rum
Mix ingredients in a shot glass. Ignite alcohol, and allow to burn for several seconds. Extinguish the drink, allow the glass to cool, and serve.
