This Drink Is Evil...

This drink is evil. So good...yet so deadly. For those of you who haven't tasted the shine from the hills I would suggest sticking to a more simpler cocktail. But if ya want to try this drink come on down, the Appalachians are always looking for a good city slicker to tease.

Lemoncello

This is similar to a home brew I just learned how to make. Take one Liter of grain alcohol. Add the zest (grated lemon peels) of seven lemons. Let them soak for several days in fridge. Then strain out the lemon particles. Take one Liter of water, add a pound and a half of sugar. Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar. Cool. Mix the Liter of sugar water with the Liter of flavored grain alcohol. Bottle and chill. Serve cold in cordial glasses. Great after dinner. Potent.
