Devil's Juice

3 ounces Cranberry Juice
3 ounces Tomato Juice
1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
2 dashes Black Pepper
1 dash Salt

Stir ingredients in a highball glass two-thirds full of ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
